It was our great joy to conduct four GHN seminars at Community of Faith Church in Bogota, Colombia and to minister at a church in Madrid and another church in Soacha, Colombia from March 7 to 19. During the altar calls, the presence of God came down and saved, healed, and delivered multitudes of Colombians for His glory. Praise the Lord!

 Since July 1988, Dr. Lee and Margarita have been ministering to Mayan people through El Mesias Christian School and Church in Patzicia, Guatemala. Dr. Lee also established River Missions Training Center (RMTC) with El Mesias' Ministries in 2003. Since then, they have graduated hundreds of new leaders and planted over 17 churches. During this trip, 37 students graduated from the RMTC in Patzicia.

By the grace of God, RLM was able to provide relief funds for three churches in Kremenchuk, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, and, to provide necessities to destitute elderlies, orphans and needy children during the last Christmas season in Ukraine. I also ministered at one of my disciples new church in Virginia Beach and RLM Ecclesia Fellowship.

By the grace of God, Dr. Lee was able to minister in Costa Rica, Colombia, Ukraine, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia this year. He was also able to minister at Christian Embassy International Church (CEIC), Vertical Church, National Day of Prayer, and Rescue Hampton Roads meetings at CEIC in November and December.

Dr. Lee conducted Miracle Healing Service at Christian Embassy International for "Rescue Hampton Road" event. By the grace of God, many participants were healed and received impartation of anointing to move in God's kingdom authority and power to preach the Gospel, to heal the sick, and to cast out demons for His glory.

Dr. Lee was invited by Dr. Arnold Khoo of ICM Plus, Singapore to minister at Theological College of Missions, Batam Pastors' Conference, five other churches in Batam, Indonesia as well as two churches in Malaysia from Sep. 10 to 25. Over 230 people were saved, over 30 miracle healings, and 10 deliverances took place during the altar calls by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Lee and Daniel, a Ukrainian-American missionary, went to Warsaw, Poland to catch a bus to Ternopil, Ukraine. It took 12 hours to arrive in Ternopil but 15 hours to come back to Warsaw. In Ukraine, we were able to purchase relief goods to distribute to destitute Ukrainian elderlies and poor children. Also, God moved in His mighty power to save, heal, and deliver many broken Ukrainians.

Dr. Lee and Margarita have been ministering in Colombia for the past 30 years. They conducted GHN Seminar courses and preached at Community of Faith Churches in Bogota and Barranquilla from June 25 to July 15. They trained over 150 leaders in both places and the Holy Spirit moved in His divine signs, wonders, and miracles during the alter calls. 

Dr. Lee ministered at Christian Embassy International Church and Love Revival Church in Virginia Beach. During the altar calls, the Holy Spirit came and touched many people with His divine  salvation, healing and deliverance power. RLM also send some relief funds to Ethnos church in Vinnytsia, Ukraine and Pastor Roman blessed many destitute Ukrainians during this horrible war season.

Dr. Lee and Margarita participated in the National Day of Prayer in Hampton Roads, VA on May 4th. They also joined with Korean Prayer Mission Team to pray for America at the First Landing Site in Virginia Beach. They ministered at the CfaN crusade in Todd Stadium in Newport News as one of the All for Jesus ministry team members.

Dr. Lee and Margarita went back to minister at Community of Faith Church in Bogota, Colombia in March. During the altar call, the presence of God came down upon them, over 50 people surrendered their lives to Christ, and many others received His divine healing, deliverance, and baptism of the Holy Spirit. 

Dr. Lee and Margarita went to minister at four different poor churches in the region of Perez Zeledon in Costa Rica. During this trip, over 20 people were miraculously healed and many others were saved and delivered. He also conducted a GHN seminar course for 25 local pastors in the region. They all received fresh impartation from the Lord.

The Ethnos Church Pastor blessed many poor elderly people and children during the last Christmas season. RLM provided relief funds to help destitute people during their blackout season by Russian bombings of all electric grids in Ukraine. Many elderly people are suffering without any electricity, heat, and running water. They need your prayers and help. 

During the Covid season, Dr. Lee was limited for traveling to the nations. However, the Lord opened several doors for him to minister to the Ukrainian refugees in Poland and Netherlands. He also ministered in Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, and America. We give all the glory to the Lord and are looking forward to ministering in more countries in 2023. 

RLM has been providing funds for Maria and Liza, Pastor Avilov's two daughters, to help the Ukrainian refugees in Poland since February 2022. Now, RLM sent  funds for them to provide relief supplies to the Ukrainian orphan children and refugees in Romania. We also provided some funds for Ethnos Church in Ternopil, Ukraine to provide a shelter for  transitioning refugees during this winter.

Dr. Lee ministered in Scripture Union Missions and ICM Plus in Singapore, Cambodia, and Vietnam with Pastor Crawford and Daniel Lapyuk. Dr. Lee and his team had amazing opportunities to minister to many young people with over 250 of them saved, healed, and filled with the Holy Spirit. In Cambodia over 150 Buddhist children gave their lives to Jesus along with 14 local Buddhist leaders. Over 50 people gave their lives in several tribal people groups in Northern Cambodia.

It was my great honor and privilege to pray for our nation with 15 other pastors of Hampton Roads and the Mayor Bobby Dyer of Virginia Beach on the National Day of Prayer on May 6th. Pastor Yarbough has been leading the prayer gathering in Hampton Roads for the past 10 years as the leader of “All for Jesus” movement. 

In June, Dr. Lee ministered at All Peoples Church in Lynchburg, VA; conducted Sister Brigitte Strojek's memorial service at Red Wing Park in Virginia Beach; took part in the prayer meeting at the First Landing Cross site with a Korean team; supported the Ukrainian Refugee project in Krakow, Poland through Maria and Liza Avilova; provided the funds to help Pastor Alex to have his cataract surgery on his right eye in Prez Zeledon, Costa Rica; He also ministered at a weekly RLM Ecclesia meeting.

Dr. Lee went to Krakow, Warsaw, and Lodz, Poland on May 12 - 24. He conducted a GHN seminar, preached at Ukrainian churches, and provided humanitarian aid for survivors in Bucha and Pastor Avilov's ministries at Children's Center and poor villages in Kremenchuk. Through faithful donors of RLM, many Ukrainians have been blessed in Poland and Ukraine for His glory.

Dr. Lee went to Poland to help the Ukrainian refugees in April. He provided funds for Ukrainian pastors in Krakow and Warsaw to purchase relief goods for the refugees. He also ministered at a Ukrainian church in Warsaw. Maria and Lisa (Pastor Avilov's two daughters) will act as RLM's representatives to provide relief goods to the Children's Home in Kremenchuk. RLM will also provide relief goods for Ethnos Church in Ternopil.

By the grace of God, Dr. Lee ministered at WAVE Leadership College, Global Outreach Church, and RLM Ecclesia group in Virginia Beach. He also ministered at Living Hope Church in St. Petersburg, FL this month. RLM also has been financially supporting Ukrainian refugees in Ukraine and Poland. Dr. Lee will travel to Warsaw, Poland from April 3 to 11 to minister at a Ukraine Church and to support the refugees in Poland.

May the Spirit of David come upon President Zelenskyy of Ukraine and empower him to defeat the modern day Goliath with the power of God! Please remember RLM Ukrainian Friends' faces and pray for them! Please help us raise Ukrainian refugee funds through RLM. I will travel to Poland in April to see how we can assist the Ukrainian refugees in Poland through a Ukraine pastor in Warsaw, Poland.

During the months of Dec. and Jan, we were able to support the Children's Home in Kremenchuk, Ukraine and Pastor Avilov's Christmas and New Year outreaches to poor villages. Also, we were able to support Pastor Nick's outreach to poor elderly and children near Kiev. It has always been my joy to minister to my friends and disciples in the U. S. as well.

We bless you with God’s promises in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

By the grace of God, Margarita and I were able to visit the Children's Center in Kremenchuk and ministered in six different poor villages. We ministered at churches, drug rehab centers, and an orphanage in Ternopil and Vinnytsya, Ukraine. Also, we were able to minister at a church and home meetings in Netherland.

It was my honor and joy to minister at the Caleb Generation Meeting at WAVE Church. Over 70 people attended the meeting that night which was led by Pastor Cameron. I shared with them about my personal testimonies of encountering the supernatural God who saved, healed, and delivered multitudes of people in the mission fields for the past 33 years.

It was my privilege to minister at Ethnos Church in Ternopil, Ukraine Mission Church in Kiev, Christian Mission Church in Kremenchuk, three poor villages, and to see the progress of the Children's Home from Sep. 2 to 17. The Holy Spirit moved with His divine power to save, heal, and deliver many young people during this trip. A deaf and dumb man was totally healed in a poor village near Kremenchuk.

In August, I was able to minister at Living Faith Christian Fellowship Filipino Church Retreat. All of the young people at the camp gave their lives to Christ. I also ministered to 17 pastors and leaders in Sri Lanka via Zoom. During the prayer time, several pastors were healed of various sicknesses. In this newsletter, you will also see the progress of the Children's Home in Kremenchuk.

During the COVID Pandemic season, God has opened a door for me to conduct GHN Equipping Seminars for over 40 pastors from eight different countries via Zoom. These pastors planted hundreds of churches throughout the 10/40 Window countries and they will equip their indigenous Missions Mobilizers with the GHN courses. Praise the Lord!

It was my great joy to minister in Kiev and in Kremenchuk, Ukraine from June 11 to 19. RLM and DHF have also been supporting the building project of the Children’s Home in Kremenchuk for the past 10 months. Pastors Vladimir and Tatyana Avilov, and I visited four poor villages and had a privilege of preaching the gospel to the adults and every one of them who came out for the meeting surrendered their lives to the Lord.

IIn April, Dr. Lee ministered  at the local Believersbiz lunch meeting for business people. He taught "It is Written" GHN seminar course to Pastor Avilov family and "Koinonia with the Holy Spirit" to friends in Hampton Roads and others via zoom call. In this newsletter, he shared the progress of finishing the interior of the Children's Home in Kremenchuk, Ukraine.

IIt was our great joy to minister at Pastor Alex’s church during this Pandemic season from March 20 to 29. We have been working closely with Pastor Alex and his associated churches throughout Costa Rica for the past 18 years. We planted several River Mission Training Centers (RMTC) in five different regions in Costa Rica and they are still training leaders with RMTC courses. We will conduct the GHN conference at Pastor Yamil’s church in January 2022 to train local pastors to send Costa Rican missions mobilizers to the Unreached People Groups in the future. 

By the grace of God, Dr. Lee was able to minister at New Life Church in Destin, FL in February. Also, he began to minister to his friends in Virginia Beach and with a Zoom conference call for others from other States with a GHN course on Sundays. He has been continuously supporting the Children's Home project in Ukraine and creating World Missions Equipping Courses with Anna Avylova in Kremenchuk, Ukraine via Zoom video calls.

 It has been my great joy to minister on the New Year’s Eve Services at World Outreach Worship Center Church in Newport News for the past three years. During this New Year’s Eve Service, over 200 members came out and I had the privilege of praying for anyone who was sick and needed a fresh impartation of the Spirit’s anointing to enter into the New Year. During the altar call, the Holy Spirit moved in His power and touched many people and several were healed of their sicknesses.

During this COVID-19 pandemic year, by the grace of God, I was able to minister in Cuba in Jan., conducted the GHN Conference in Virginia Beach in March, trained U. S. and International disciples via zoom, conducted GHN seminars for pastors and leaders in Ukraine via zoom, conducted revival meetings in Destin, FL in June, and ministered in Kremenchuk and Ternopil, Ukraine in Nov., and ministered to disciples via zoom in Dec.

It was my great joy to travel to Kremenchuk to meet with Pastor Avilov’s family and to visit the children’s home in construction, as well as to minister at two poor villages with them from Nov. 12 to 18. Pastors Vladimir and Tatyana have three daughters (Maria, Anna and Lisa) who have been totally involved with their parents’ church ministries as worship leaders as well as ministering at seven home churches among poor villages adjacent to Kremenchuk each week. 

It was my great joy to equip Pastor Avilov and his family members with the third GHN course (God’s Heart for the World) this month via Zoom. Once they are trained, they will, in turn, equip other leaders among their house churches around the Kremenchuk region of Ukraine.

RLM has decided to partner with Pastor Avilov’s ministry in the Poltavska region in Ukraine by providing the Global Harvest Network (GHN) seminars to equip Pastor’s family so that, in turn, they can train other leaders under his house church movement in five other cities.

It was my great joy to teach one of the GHN courses “Kingdom Authority and Power” for Pastor Avilov’s family with the Russian version. Pastors Vladimir and Tatyana and their three daughters (Maria, Liza and Anna) are all involved in evangelizing and establishing five new home churches among the poor villages near the Poltavska region in Ukraine. 

It was Dr. Lee's great honor and privilege to march with the Mayor of Virginia Beach, over 30 pastors and leaders of the Hampton Roads' "All For Jesus" ministry, and with hundreds of other participants on July 18. Dr. lee was one of 13 ministers that spoke at this event for God's divine unity, blessings, healings, reconciliation, deliverance, salvation, and victory in Christ to bring His revival to Hampton Roads and the United States of America.

It was Dr. Lee's great joy to minister at New Life Church in Destin, FL on June 16-18. Over 200 people attended the two night revival meetings. Many were eager to come out and experience the presence of the Holy Spirit. As Dr. Lee ministered the presence and glory of the Lord came down upon the church and most of those who attended were deeply touched by the power of God and received many healings.

Dr. Lee and Margarita were honored to pray with 30 other pastors and leaders in Hampton Roads, Virginia on the National Day of Prayer. It was also their great joy to minister to U.S. as well as international disciples via Zoom.

During this Coronavirus Pandemic lockdown season, Dr. Lee was able to minister to a total of 89 Zoom Participants that he has been acquainted with in the past from VA, PA, WI, CA, AZ, OH, and TX as well as Ukraine, Belarus, and Bulgaria. Even though the participants were separated by a great distance, the Holy Spirit brought them all together for Dr. Lee to encourage. During the prayer time, several people expressed that they felt the presence of the Holy Spirit tangibly touching them and healing their physical bodies ands well as their emotional wounds.

By the grace of God, Dr. Lee was able to conduct the GHN Conference at Harvest Assembly of God Church in Chesapeake, VA from March 12-15. Shortly after the conference, Virginia State wide lock down took place. The participants received God's impartation to move in His kingdom authority and power to destroy the works of the devil from their own Jerusalem to the end of the earth. 

Dr. Lee had the wonderful opportunity to teach at Wave Leadership College (WLC) in Virginia beach this month. During the ministry time the presence of the Holy Spirit came down and touched the students. Pastor Chris Elliott invited Dr. Lee to teach another class at WLC on April 9th. Dr. Lee also ministered at the BelieversBiz lunch meeting for local Christian business people.

It was Dr. Lee's great joy to travel to Cuba with LGM (Leanne Goff Ministries) team members on 21-28 January. Margarita and I had the privilege of ministering in Cuba in 2004. Since then, Cuba has been opened to Western tourists and churches have been growing in the power of the Holy Spirit regardless of the persecutions. Dr. Lee was able to train 70 plus leaders from 11 different churches in two day GHN seminars.
